Zenlist – Your Personalized Home Search with Liz Finks

Setting up your access to Zenlist, our private home search platform, will give you the ability to view listings at your convenience with advanced MLS search settings. Zenlist also allows you to easily communicate and share listings directly with your agent, Liz Finks, and any co-buyers.

Create Your Account

In the Zenlist invitation email (sent directly from Zenlist), you'll receive a unique access code. To claim access to your Zenlist account, simply click the Create Account button. Choose the email account you'd like associated with your Zenlist login, then proceed to the next page, Sign in to Zenlist Home Search. Click Continue.
(Please note: If you sign in with your Google account, you will use your Google/Gmail password and won’t need to create a separate password.)

In the Authorize App window, click Accept to finalize your setup.

Zenlist also has a mobile app, available in your favorite App Store. Use the same login details across both desktop and mobile for easy access.

Set Your Notifications

During account setup, you can adjust your notification settings based on your preferences. Choose how frequently you'd like to be notified (instantly, daily, or weekly), and even select the day of the week you prefer to receive alerts about new listings.

Create & Save Your Search

To create a custom search, go to the SEARCH tab in your account. From there, you can refine your search filters to reflect location, school districts, property features, price range, and more.

Once you’ve set your search parameters, be sure to Save Search. When naming your saved searches, consider using identifiers like location or specific filters for easy reference. You can find your saved searches at the top of your Zenlist dashboard.

You’re welcome to save as many properties as you’d like—saving a property doesn’t mean you’re committed to touring it. Many buyers save multiple properties but choose to tour only a select few. Zenlist will notify you when new listings match your saved search criteria, based on your notification settings.

Communicating with Liz Finks through Zenlist

When you're ready to tour homes that match your criteria, you can send a comment or note directly through Zenlist. For example: "I’d love to tour this property ASAP" or "Can you provide details about the roof and windows?" Liz will review your questions and respond promptly.

You can also use the Chat feature for general questions or comments, such as: "We’ll be on vacation next week—let’s schedule showings for the following week" or "We’re available to tour on Saturday between 10am-2pm."

Requesting a Tour

When you find a property you’d like to tour, simply click REQUEST A TOUR and we’ll begin coordinating with you. Scheduling a tour often involves syncing your availability with Liz’s, as well as the seller’s or listing agent’s schedule.
Be sure to include your availability in the COMMENT/NOTE section, or send a Chat. We’ll confirm the earliest available tour time as soon as possible.
